• working closely with top managers and team leaders to assure that they have support and source of leadership skills whenever they need it,
• developing people's soft skills, their effectiveness, attitude and their job satisfaction,
• working with customer care on client-related difficult situations,
• maintaing HR issues: recruitment, budgets, documents etc.
