About

I am a UX Researcher and Service Designer working at the intersection of AI-enabled technologies, human behaviour, and healthcare systems. At Siemens Healthineers, I worked on research and service design initiatives for AI-driven healthcare solutions - taking concepts from 0→1, shaping early hypotheses, defining user and workflow requirements, validating pilots, and translating field insights into scalable product direction. My work sits where complex clinical systems meet emerging intelligence. I specialise in systems thinking and behavioural design. I do not study users in isolation, but in ecosystems. Clinicians operate within infrastructure constraints, cognitive load, legacy workflows, institutional hierarchies, and socio-cultural realities. AI tools do not simply need usability, they require trust calibration, workflow alignment, and behavioural integration. My work involves: • Designing research strategies for AI-supported clinical workflows • Leading exploratory and evaluative research for 0→1 AI-products • Validating pilots to assess usability, adoption, and cognitive impact • Mapping multi-stakeholder ecosystems • Translating qualitative insight into product and service direction • Aligning behavioural realities with technological capability With a strong foundation built over the years, I bring structured research rigour combined with service design depth. I focus on designing intelligent systems that augment human judgment, reduce ambiguity, and integrate seamlessly into real-world environments. I am particularly interested in How AI can act as a systems intervention rather than a standalone feature, shaping care delivery in ways that are humane, evidence-based, and sustainable. Other than this, I love to travel, photograph, and capture people in their natural surroundings. I also write occasionally about my learnings and experiences on Medium, reflecting on design, systems, and the human side of technology.

  • Spearheaded 0 → 1 research and validation for AI-enabled healthcare solutions, shaping early problem framing, defining user requirements, and informing MVP direction.
  • Designed and executed multi-phase research strategies including exploratory research, contextual inquiries, pilot validation studies, and workflow analysis across clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Validated AI pilots in real clinical environments by assessing usability, behavioural adoption, trust calibration, and operational integration.
  • Applied systems thinking to map end-to-end care pathways, identifying systemic bottlenecks, cognitive overload points, and AI intervention opportunities.
  • Synthesized complex qualitative data into structured insight frameworks that influenced product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
  • Facilitated cross-functional workshops to align product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders on AI behavior, explainability, and workflow fit.
  • Integrated service design methodologies to ensure AI solutions worked across frontstage clinical interactions and backstage operational systems.
  • Advocated for behavioural design principles in AI interfaces - ensuring tools reduce decision fatigue and support clinical judgment rather than override it.
