• Successfully ran operations excellence programs including PMI of 70mn dollar deal and cost reduction program with BCG. Identified cost savings opportunities up to 15% across the Company. Led the post-merger integration with a 10 Ha farm managing stakeholders across the Company. Introduced monthly operating review with the C suite and board members with the 20 most important KPIs.

• Set up from scratch and operated 4 high-tech farms (first in the world to grow in the desert) across 2 countries. Laid out the complete process for operations starting from procurement, supply chain, maintenance, petty cash mgmt. packing process and quality control. Managed a team of more than 200 people (labor and non-labor) in the farm and outside the farm.

• As a project leader, I got an opportunity to work with the first Neo Bank in Middle East and was working with them on co-ordinating with the Central Bank to obtain banking license. I also worked with the operations practice area lead to develop several business development materials.

• As a senior consultant in Dubai, I was handling the largest cost reduction project in Middle East for a conglomerate with multiple businesses ranging from construction to food and beverages across 10+ countries. I was able to achieve able to achieve around 15 percent savings. I also got an exciting oppurtunity to work on creating strategy for a business angel network in KSA.

• During this stint, I got an opportunity to build the first fully automated SME loan product with a potential to auto approve the loan within 15 minutes. I had an opportunity to spend one good year on the product management and was certified SCRUM master at the end of the project.

• During the Senior Associate Phase in 2017 , I got an opportunity to work as part of the Vision 2030 team for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I was part of the team that designed the governance and reporting of the program within the different councils and ministers.

• As a fresh associate in BCG I worked on the largest transformation programme for one of the largest steel Companies in India. I worked on improving the throughput of the agglomerates division and overall cost reduction and achieved close to 100Mn Dollars savings in my category. As a reward for this effort, I was awarded the "Rookie of the year" in the annual awards.
