Your team isn't your family, but they shouldn't be strangers either. I'm Pooja, CEO of ExtraMile Play. After working in marketing at L'Oreal and Marlboro, I saw companies obsessing over external customers while internal ones felt disconnected. So I quit to fix it. 2014: Started ExtraMile with face-to-face team building workshops 2021: Launched ExtraMile Play SaaS platform during COVID 2022: Started serving 100+ B2B clients across 20+ countries 2024: Closed our funding round Today, we have 180+ games helping remote, hybrid, and in-office teams actually connect. Our clients include Kotak (70,000 employees), Aditya Birla, Vodafone, and Amazon. Employee engagement isn't just HR's job. It's every manager's responsibility. My four-year-old knows the word "team" because schools get it right. Corporates are catching up. When I'm not working, you'll find me on the tennis court or with Simba (my Shih Tzu.
