• I was posted as a Team Lead for PMU in Ayodhya Development Authority, Ayodhya where I was leading a team of 20 people and my main role is providing support to the Client on Transaction Advisory, PPP structuring, Project conceptualization to Project execution in line with Ayodhya Vision- 2047. My role involved in coordinating with various stakeholders, vendors and large-scale project implementation in Ayodhya. I have been instrumental in implementing projects worth INR 2000 crore for tourism development. • Led business development and proposal budgeting for government and donor-funded urban projects.
• Designed and implemented performance monitoring frameworks for urban resilience programs.
• Co- Authored the special publication Standardised Development and Building Regulations for the Bureau of Indian Standards to establish National Building Regulations aimed at enhancing safety and resilience. Additionally, developed an NBC short guide and pamphlets to educate homeowners and buyers on the building permit process.
• Managed LEZ (Low Emission Zones) implementation in Pune, Surat, and Nagpur under GIZ funding.

• My role as a Manager in urban team was to manage and assist the team in various projects on sustainable built environment (research, project management, advocacy aspects involved) and was responsible for various tasks related to project management and research . Developing concept notes/proposals on buildings, transportation, livable communities. The major aspect included developing action plans, providing capacity building to municipal authorities and relevant agencies on implementation of sustainable urban transport projects and policies and also coordinating with them on project related activities.

• My other role also included conducting and anchoring training programmes, organizing local and international conferences in respect to the research conducted. .
