• My job was to actively build the engineering team within the business from scratch across a plethora of projects/technical stacks/branches of the business.
• Responsibilities included: writing job specs, defining the interview process, defining salary bandings (and perks), resourcing, pipeline management, screening calls, first stage interviews, interview debriefs and delivering offers/feedback to all candidates.

• The Hacker Games was a 48-hour competitive hackathon which brought together some of the UKs top engineering teams to address real world issues. Competing teams came from all sectors and tech stacks which provided a rich mixture of ideas and technical solutions.
