• o Architecture Review Board (ARB): Formalized and structured the process of ARB. The board meets on a weekly basis to review software architecture for internal applications during SDLC or product purchase, on multiple parameters like business value, risk, efficiency, etc.
• o Analytics Community @ Tesla: Initiated analytics community program for better collaboration across analytics teams and program maturity. Key functions of the community include newsletters, analytics training, workshops, inter-departmental level meetups & live forums.
