• Responsibilities involved taking over the company from the previous co-founders, and then evolving the business model based on changing market conditions and competitive landscape. Ran over 100 customer discovery calls to invalidate two strategies and validated strong demand for another. Scaled and redirected our team towards that effort, bringing in initial adoption and revenue.
• Atomic Form evolved into a provenance software platform, making it trivial for artists, collectors, and curators to attach offline context, history, and stories to onchain identifiers (e.g. NFTs and web3 wallets). Our goal is to both protect and enhance the value of these digital native assets. Use cases of this data vary from verification to appraisals to AI training data.

• Responsibilities included supporting both 1st-time founders in every aspect of running a startup. Started as the technical lead involving an integration between two vendors. From their hired the technical, product, and design teams as well as supported G2M and customer validation. Setup and executed all QA processes, tiered support systems, and continuous deployment processes. Worked extensively on pushing the boundaries of 4K video on Raspberry Pi 4 compute units. Managed supply chain issues during Covid. Led customer discovery and business development for our protocol partner in selling custom Blockchain data services.
• Atomic Form is building full-stack hardware and software solutions for NFTs. Our Wave and Photons hardware displays have won awards at CES and are used for Christie's and Sotheby's auction houses. On the software side, we are focusing on building multi-chain, multi-wallet NFT solutions to enable developers to build dapps.

• Responsible for everything from setting the 30,000' vision to the tactical week by week roadmap planning and timeline. We conducted over 100s of customer interviews, created strategic partnerships with code hackathons/sprints, developed channel partners in multiple open source communities, etc. While we were never able to reach full product-market fit, the project remains an active, open-source project with 3.3K GitHub stars and a passionate userbase.
• DDEV in a Nutshell: a suite of open-source, enterprise-grade products (built on Docker and Kubernetes) to help teams move their web applications from local development workstations to live production in the cloud.

• Responsible for growing two funded ($4.5MM) start-ups (1FEE and DRUD Holdings, LLC) alongside and integrated with newmedia. Shared responsibility with the CEO and CTO in building out 5 new departments: sales, HR, accounting, product, and IT operations. Responsible for evaluating, improving, and/or creating internal and external processes, including (but not limited to) recruiting, onboarding, training, lead generation, customer support, sales life cycles, project management, business analysis, continuous integration systems, development workflow, etc. Our target objective was to grow all three companies from 30 to 300 in 3 years in order to become both a dominant digital agency and successful technology company. At its peak, 60 employees were managing over 300 active accounts ranging in value from $2K to $2MM. Ultimately, DRUD Tech was spun out as a separate entity while 1FEE merged with newmedia.
