• Coordinate with hiring managers and SAP practice leads to
• understand job requirements.
• Analyze SAP module-specific skills needed (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP
• ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP SD, S4HANA, etc.).
• Identify role-specific nuances (contractual, permanent, client location,
• travel, remote/hybrid expectations).
• Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, and
• employee referrals to source SAP professionals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and high-demand SAP
• roles.
• Leverage Boolean search and X-ray techniques for passive sourcing.
• Conduct preliminary screening to assess technical skills (matching SAP
• modules), certifications, and experience.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate data
• updates in Deloitte’s internal systems.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and TATs (Turnaround Times)
• are met.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels and
• candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and proactive communication
• throughout the process.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to delivery managers and
• leadership.
• Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
