Ajita is a passionate and dedicated Math educator who believes in making learning meaningful and engaging. With a strong foundation in Engineering and years of global experience as a Technology Consultant, she brings a unique real-world perspective to the classroom. She teaches Mathematics through a concept-based approach, helping students truly understand why formulas work instead of just memorizing them. Ajita specializes in both CBSE and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculums, guiding students to build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and achieve academic success. Her academic journey includes a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University (Mays Business School) and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology. Before becoming a full-time educator, Ajita worked for over 7 years at Deloitte Consulting in the Information Management practice, where she honed her analytical and mentoring skills—qualities she now brings into her teaching.
