About

My name is Joseph Pranay Reddy, and I build AI agents and workflow automations that turn scattered, repetitive work into quiet, autonomous systems running in the background. I’m currently a B.Tech student at Manipal Institute of Technology (Dubai), but most of my growth has come from building in the real world — experimenting, breaking things, fixing them, and eventually shaping them into systems that make people’s work easier. What I enjoy most is simplifying complexity. Taking a messy workflow… understanding its friction points… then designing a system that handles it end-to-end with AI, APIs, and automation tools. Built a full-stack MVP, KeySync Lite, an autonomous AI system tailored for real estate brokerages in Dubai & GCC, designed to ingest leads from multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, property portals) and manage lead triage, scoring, routing, and context-aware response generation automatically.
Engineered the tech stack end-to-end: front-end (React + TypeScript + Tailwind), backend (Node.js + Express), AI + data pipeline (Google Gemini 2.0 for NLP + Qdrant vector database for semantic property retrieval) for intelligent lead analysis, intent detection, and property matching.

Implemented a lead-scoring algorithm to classify leads by intent, budget, urgency, and property preferences, enabling persona-based routing (luxury, rental, investment) and prioritized follow-ups — turning manual, error-prone workflows into consistent, scalable automation.
