• At Outreach, I rebuilt and optimized key customer-facing features including Sequence States and Holiday Schedules. I collaborated with a cross-functional team of seven engineers and together, we shaped the company’s Federated GraphQL strategy to unify data across multiple services. • In parallel, I introduced improvements to our frontend build pipeline, achieving a 30% reduction in build times and boosting engineering efficiency. • Worked on the Office Extensibility team where I developed code samples and tools that enable developers to easily get started with the Office JavaScript API to build Office Add-ins. Some of the tools involve an integrated code editor in Office apps, a 3-step OAuth utility, improving the Yeoman generator for Office Add-ins etc.

• Led the team that was in charge of developing hybrid solutions to enable shared codebase across Windows UWP platform and the Web. This model accelerated the development process for multiple line of business solutions. It also increased the shared code across teams.
• Prior to that I worked in various capacities, ranging from Service Engineering to User Experience Development, that focussed on building internal line of business applications by easing access to resources such as service health, training and compliance, Windows 10 UWP development, reusable design components etc.
