L3Cube is the sponsor for my final year project, and I am currently involved in two projects. The first one, IndicQuest, is focused on building an open-source dataset that tests how well today's large language models understand Indian context, culture, and traditions. The same dataset will later help train future Indic-LLMs.
The second project is RaagAI, a system for Indian classical music generation. Introduced a novel approach of using a knowledge graph of ragas, swaras, and taals, so the model has a proper musical structure to work with. The goal being to generate music that adapts to factors like emotion, instrument, time of day, and even weather, making it feel closer to real classical compositions.

Developed an AI-driven knowledge graph system designed to map the evolution of ideas in research. The project was called ScholarGraph. My work involved developing a robust pipeline to parse citation intent, semantic similarity, and temporal relationships across research papers. The latter phase of the project focused on extrapolating the graph to predict emerging research problem statements. By analysing citation patterns, semantic drift, and performance plateaus, I worked on algorithms to identify potential research gaps and generate forward-looking problem statements that future researchers could build upon. This extended it from a simple mapping tool into a predictive research-acceleration system.

Worked on improving iMocha’s online exam proctoring tool. Improved the YOLO based computer vision features to detect things like extra people in the frame, unusual object detection(phones, monitors, headphones, etc.), and other signs of malpractice. Integrated these models into the backend for smooth execution. Also, built and integrated 12 small backend services using the OpenAI API for question generation and content validation to simplify the skill assessment process.
