• Cooliris LiveShare was introduced in 2010 and created to break past the sharing limitations of traditional social networks. LiveShare enabled mobile messaging by enabling users to (a) express themselves beyond text (b) share with people without worrying about 'adding' them or making sure they were on LiveShare and (c) share publicly and/or privately from the same app based on what the context warranted. LiveShare introduced the STIR (space, time, interests, relationships) framework to messaging, helping users create the right sharing groups dynamically.
