I have led on the Clinical Safety and Quality of the product, have a strong focus on regulatory frameworks, achieving EUMDR Class IIb and FDA 510k Class II status. I am passionate about the changes Digital Health can bring to health care systems, population health and most importantly to the patient. I continuously strive to ensure products meet everyone needs without bias, whilst tackling health inequalities head on. 💡 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 🗣 As a leader, I have consistently served as a role model, inspiring others to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care with passion. My leadership approach emphasises motivation and empowerment, creating a culture where every team member feels invested and an integral part of the service, with the freedom to challenge the status quo and proactively contribute to service improvement. I lead with compassion, approachability, and a willingness to listen to concerns. I actively encouraged staff at all levels to contribute their ideas for service improvement, allowing them to take on responsibilities and make impactful changes. As a person I aim to continuously improve and learn, to act with fairness, compassion and enthusiasm in all I do. I strive every day to remember the importance of our roles in improving patient care and lives.
