• Worked on developing a “Data-Driven Framework for Simulation Based Design and Optimization”,
•  Agenda was to reduce computational resource and time spent on simulations involving complex physics.
•  Data-driven Machine learning approach was developed combining DoE and CFD simulation techniques.
•  Tested the developed model on a use-case and achieved significant improvements in computational efficiency.
•  ML based framework developed was ~720 time faster than conventional method at ±8% accuracy.

• Created Machine Learning models and performed multiple statistical analyses, specifically:
• Created a rule for auto-calibration of question difficulty using ML and was implemented in the product.
• Each question was evaluated using four mathematical parameters developed in-house for the purpose.
• Identified appropriate thresholds and indicators for achievement of a user to classify them into categories.
• Developed heuristics for evaluating “good” attempts and made appropriate estimates of aggregate progress.
