About

Responsible for conducting sponsored research projects at ARAI- HTC's Drivetrain Development Centre (DDC, formerly the Transmission and Gear Test Centre) in Chakan. DDC is an advanced and unique facility in India that has been established to address the requirements of the Indian automotive industry for the development and testing of various drivelines and sub-components such as automatic transmissions, EV-drivelines, DCT, CVT, AMT, transfer case, differential, transaxle, and so on. Role includes, understanding customer requirements, establishing methodology and test methods, preparing proposals and execution of testing. Worked on NVH optimization, durability and performance testing of automatic, hybrid, and electric vehicle (EV) over 50 drivelines and sub-components used in passenger car, SUV, LCV, HCV, and agricultural applications. Knowledge of working with various standards (SAE) and major OEM's test procedures.
