We also specialize in AI enablement strategies for product design and development teams. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped launch hundreds of products across commercial and federal markets, working with Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, General Electric, InterContinental Hotels, Deloitte, Veterans Affairs, and Truist, among others. Today, I’ve combined OneSpring’s deep product and user research expertise with hands-on AI solutions and implementation. I launched TalentLoft in 2025, which connects organizations with fractional executives and specialized talent in AI, data, engineering, and product design experts at all levels.
