• As CTO, I lead a team of 4 engineers building Thinkpilot - an intelligence layer that processes scattered customer data (from Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, and more) into structured, weighted insights ready for LLMs like Claude.
• My role spans technical leadership, hands-on engineering, product, and customer discovery. Over two years, I've guided the team through 8 pivots - rethinking the product direction, rebuilding the stack, and making hard calls on what to keep and what to throw away. Through all of it, I keep the team aligned, motivated, and shipping.
• Across those pivots, we've built and shipped a significant amount of surface area: web infrastructure, 2 browser extensions, Android and iOS apps, MacOS and Windows desktop apps, and a full payments system - all with a team of 4.

• Leading the team through 8 pivots - adapting the product vision, rearchitecting the stack, and maintaining team morale and momentum through each transition
• Conducting customer discovery interviews to validate problems, shape the value proposition, and inform the roadmap that guides each pivot
• Driving product strategy alongside engineering — scoping features, making build-vs-skip decisions, and iterating with early-access PM teams
• Designing the current architecture - continuous processing of thousands of customer conversations into actionable, markdown-based intelligence
• Building deep expertise in AI/LLM engineering — working with both local and cloud-hosted models, prompt engineering, structured output design, and integrating LLMs into production workflows
• Managing GCP infrastructure — cloud architecture, deployment pipelines, and scaling
• Building integrations with major platforms across support, sales, and internal communication
• Developing a "structured files over live connections" approach, prioritizing privacy, reliability, and efficient LLM context usage
