• Developed Pezzo's intelligent model routing feature, which benchmarks historical request data against doezens of AI models (closed and open source) to identify opportunities for reduced cost and latency without compromising on quality. This feature often saves between 20-30% on costs and decreases latency by 50-70% per year. The data processed is PII-anonymized.
• Built Pezzo's robust AI monitoring and analytics features, which utilizes ClickHouse, which helps thousands of companies worldwide monitor AI response quality, latency, and detect anomalies before reaching production.

• Setting up the new Development Center in Amsterdam as a part of Abcam’s Digital Transformation. Hiring manager for Full Stack, Front End, Lead, and QA roles.
• Bootstrapping a 50+ engineering department consisting of multiple cross-functional, self-serving product squads to enable the delivery of our new Digital Platform. Allocating resources (FTEs and contractors) to our Product squads. Re-shaping the engineering department into cross-functional teams built around business domains.
• Leading the adoption of a new technology stack (Serverless, AWS, GraphQL, Kafka, Node.js, Docker, TypeScript, React, Microservices, Micro Frontends, and Module Federation).
• Direct line management of several engineering managers, for a total of 50+ engineers (Amsterdam and Cambridge) in the Engineering organization across 6 teams.

• As an Engineering Manager at OneFit, I was a leading two teams (Berlin and Amsterdam) within the Partner and Inventory domains. Ensured product delivery and engineering excellence and secured OKRs and team-specific KPIs.
• Owning key initiatives of the post-acquisition integration process, facilitating a two-week onboarding process to help onboard USC's engineering team onto OneFit's systems and standardize engineering practices.
• Leading the applicative development of OneFit Live, an ad-hoc, fully-featured streaming service in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The service is integrated with OneFit's existing mobile app, website, and existing back-end infrastructure. Designed in collaboration with Urban Sports Club and Fitogram, to satisfy their business needs agnostically. Leading the project from a technical point of view, coordinating between engineering teams from all three companies.
• The solution was formed during the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, allowing OneFit, USC and Fitogram to continue providing service to customers and serves thousands of livestreams every day.

• Consultant AI Engineer at CopilotKit - helping engineering teams build powerful in-app AI copilots in minutes. Responsibilities: Ground-up development of the Copilot Runtime open-source component into for interruption and human-in-the loop AI, integrating with various LLMs. End to end design and implementation of Copilot Cloud, including Kubernetes cloud infrastructure (AWS EKS, Terraform, Helm) and multiple environments, with 99.99X% uptime. Implementation of a 360° analytics platform, connecting all dots across Cloud, Docs, and OSS anonymous telemetry, enabling educated business decisions and at-a-glance KPI tracking. Implementation of a robust monitoring and alerting setup for Copilot Cloud. Full ownership of developer experience across the board. Created the new CopilotKit Documentation site.
• Consultant Platform Engineering Manager at Serverless Inc. (the creator of Serverless Framework). As an Eng. Manager for the Platform team, I have led the implementation of a new company-wide Identity System featuring distributed AuthN/AuthZ, org management and token management. The project was delivered smoothly and on-time. Additionally, I have contributed to the modernization of the company's tooling by migrating to a monorepo (Turborepo), adoption of AWS EventBridge and building a self-documenting eventing SDK.
• Interim VP Engineering at Amplication, an open-source platform in the developer tooling space. Defining engineering best practices with emphasis on communication and visibility. Growing the team and establishing Platform Engineering in the company and DevOps practices. Led the process of SOC2 certification across the company.

• As a Platform Engineering team member at DAZN, I supported its tremendous growth (15M+ daily active users over 200+ countries) by developing mission-critical projects in the areas of monitoring, observability, developer tools, dashboards and more, with the goal of boosting the engineering team's (over 400 engineers) productivity and delivery.
• I joined DAZN as one of the first hires in the Amsterdam office, and was a core hiring team member, where I actively conducted interviews which contributed to achieving the yearly goal (130 engineering hires).
• Aside from that, alongside my colleagues, I used my teaching experience to design a bootcamp program where DAZN provided full-time internships to HackYourFuture graduates with refugee background, and mentored them over a few months. At the end of the program, 100% of graduates were hired and became full-time engineers at DAZN.

• Led the development of the online QR-code payment flow (AWS Lambda, AWS SQS, Express.js and Web Sockets), enabling tens of thousands of webshops to accept mobile payments. Extreme emphasis on scalability, reliability and performance, due to the nature of the product and the high volume of daily payments.
