As part of Quadrillion Finance Pvt Ltd (Nov21-Mar23), the financing arm of Slice - India's leading unicorn Fintech and credit card challenger, raised debt for scaling the business. Built the capital supply for Udaan Capital (Feb20-Nov21), the credit arm of Udaan and India's leading b2b e-commerce platform. Planned and executed end to end debt transactions, managed lender relations and internal liaising across functions for facilitating debt raising. Investment Banker with Darashaw & Co. (Jun'18-Jan'20), a leading India-based Investment Banking & Brokerage firm. Experienced in handling institutional clients including Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance Funds, Pension Funds, Credit Rating Agencies etc. and in debt origination and syndication activities with respect to structured credit, plain vanilla debt and NCDs.
