Kim coindashian

Founder

Jan 2014Feb 2014 · 1 mo · Greater New York City Area

  • When you understand the blockchain and grasp the enormous potential that it possesses, an obvious opportunity presents itself. Marrying top brands in the entertainment industry with this powerful new technology is somewhat similar to owning a domain name in the early days of the internet. When the web was just taking off, domain names presented entertainers with the ability to harness the information flow surrounding their brand. Digital currency will prove to trump the value of the internet for brands as the protocol offers a completely new way to monetize their time in the spotlight. This is what birthed the idea of the alt-coin, Kim Coindashian.
  • The success of the company was short lived as we received a cease and desist letter that forced us to shut down before we wanted to for fear of legal repercussions.

Boston university emergency medical services

EMT Instructor and EMT-B

May 2009Mar 2010 · 10 mos

  • BU EMS is a service offered by Boston University for the fitness and recreation center, athletic events, concerts and any other events held by the university. My duty was to be an on hand emergency medical technician in the event of any unforeseen unfortunate events. The roles and responsibilities were no different than that of any EMT. Also, I was an instructor for teaching the lab portion of classes which entailed going over different scenarios as well as teaching the practical techniques to students (CPR, splinting and spinal immobilization skills, patient assessment, vital signs, trauma management, medical management and airway management). I learned to be more comfortable in a clinical setting, and as opposed to observing, I was also able to put the skills and knowledge I had amassed into practice. With each new patient I was able to further solidify what I had been taught. Laboratory instruction was good because I was able to continuously brush up on skills that can be easy to forget, and learned to be more comfortable in a setting where the focus of attention was myself.
