I build industrial ecosystems where AI becomes a system of intelligence for how the physical world operates. As Co-Founder, CEO of Algo8 AI, I am leading the creation of an Industrial AI Operating System for energy and manufacturing one that integrates intelligence across production, operations, and supply chains, and embeds AI directly into day-to-day decision-making. The focus is not experimentation, but scale: measurable gains in throughput, reliability, energy efficiency, and enterprise profitability. My work is grounded in first principles of industrial systems—where data, physics, process constraints, and human decision-loops must coexist. By unifying these layers, AI moves from analytics to orchestration, enabling factories and supply networks to operate as adaptive, self-improving systems. I also founded the Ikigai School of AI, an international education and innovation platform bridging advanced research, industry practice, and public policy. The objective is clear: develop leaders who can translate deep tech into durable institutions, industrial capability, and national competitiveness. Across industry, academia, and policy, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, deep technology, and systems design. Through global collaborations and national think-tank engagement, including US India AI initiatives, I actively contribute to how industrial AI is built, governed, and scaled responsibly. My Perspective is that AI matters only when it changes how real systems perform on the plant floor, across supply chains, and within the institutions that power economies.
