About

Having worked within the IT sector for over 15 years, I feel that I have gained the mandatory proficiencies and expertise to enhance any IT Department. I have audited, provided second line mobile data support, provided training (on both a 1-2-1 and group basis) throughout, I have dependably been able to provided all-encompassing and exceptional IT Support. I am adept and familiar in both Windows and Macintosh based computers, and I am confident in the use of all Microsoft products. I have also worked with various database systems including off the shelf and bespoke systems using Microsoft’s CRM and Filemaker amongst others. I have delivered a range of qualifications on both a face-to-face level and via remote working, using online training materials combined with telephone, email and remote desktop support. This involved the creation of my own training materials and workshops, which augmented the existing online training which we had purchased through the British Computer Society; working with the BCS to ensure this was fit for purpose, I was able to initiate a custom programme which was appropriate to our learners.
