• As a Product Designer Consultant at BlueConduit, I served in a freelance capacity from August 2021 to December 2021, a period of five months.
• During this time, I conceptualized and executed the first version of a machine learning product designed to provide clarity on lead service line inventory and replacement processes. This presented a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the products funded by Google.org.
• In addition, I established a design system for the company. A derivative of this system, titled the 'Copper Design System,' was published as an open-source tool on GitHub for developers' use. I performed these duties while working part-time as a consultant for the company.

• PriceLabs boasts an exceptional dynamic pricing tool for both B2B and B2C markets, enabling their customers to augment revenue within the short-term rental industry.
• I had the privilege of undertaking a comprehensive design overhaul for a product with thousands of daily active users. As the product was extensively used, it was crucial to preserve the existing user workflow to avoid disruption for satisfied customers. However, we were also eager to enhance both the user experience and user interface, believing that these modifications would significantly improve usability. Having identified the pain points through discussions with stakeholders and customers, we devised an exceptional plan for the product's revamp.
• Our strategy commenced with the establishment of new brand guidelines and the development of an evolving design system. Subsequently, I crafted designs for all the product screens, followed by extensive testing phases involving stakeholders and customers. Once we were satisfied with the outcome, the development process was initiated.
• We engaged a third-party digital agency for the delivery of HTML/CSS elements. My role was to coordinate this entire project, ensuring the quality of their deliverables met the standards of our designs.
• Upon successful development and deployment, we were rewarded with an overwhelmingly positive response, with approximately 95% of the feedback commending the new UI. Other aspects that received praise included the new workflows and several revamped structured layouts, all of which contributed to an improved user experience.

• In my role as the primary architect of the DataScience AI Platform, I held the responsibility for its comprehensive design and execution. Collaborating closely with the cofounders, stakeholders, engineering, and marketing teams, my goal was to ensure our clients achieved success utilizing our platform.
• During the nascent stages of the company, I was given the opportunity to operate in a fast-paced environment, tasked with delivering high-fidelity visual designs to the engineering team with utmost efficiency. As our product stabilized, facilitating a complete user workflow, I was granted the time to conduct extensive research on platform usability, in conjunction with our clients and stakeholders. This research aimed to continually refine and enhance the user experience across our platform.
• Beyond the scope of product design, I conceived and developed an AI-based game focused on supply chain processes. Drawing inspiration from the classic 'Beer Game', the game's objective was to familiarize students with the complex concepts of supply chain management through interaction with an AI opponent. This engaging and educational tool successfully navigated the interplay of supply and demand, reflecting the roles of manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. To date, the game has been experienced by over 25,000 players, who have offered overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding its usability and aesthetic design.
• As the second recruit in the Indian team, I was instrumental in the process of hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members. This opportunity allowed me to contribute significantly to the team's growth and development within the company.
