I spent 30 years building brands for large organisations. Then, at 50, I stepped out to chase my own dreams. I co-founded a fintech startup. Built a social commerce platform for small businesses. And in that world -the messy, underfunded, incredibly alive world of founders -something shifted in me. I saw their challenges up close. Their dreams.
