• Designed, and automated a Non-Delivery Response(NDR) information exchange mechanism to reduce fake delivery responses by 10%, reducing returns by 1.5%. Worked with product/tech to identify incorrect/non-qualitative addresses upfront at the Order-stage, reducing returns by 0.5%. Created a pan-India Last Mile Hub and Pincode level visibility to monitor returns, and led an operations war room to eliminate returns due to ops-inefficiencies, reducing returns by 0.5%.
