I have spent close to two decades helping brands say what they actually mean. Most organisations I have worked with are not short of ideas or ambition. What they struggle with is translating that ambition into something their audience can feel. That gap between what a brand intends and what it actually communicates - that is where I tend to be most useful. My career has moved between agencies and brand teams, between large retail groups and fast growing startups, between Mumbai and now Chennai. Each context taught me something the previous one could not. Agencies gave me speed and narrative instinct. Brand roles gave me accountability and the discipline of outcomes. And somewhere in between, I developed a particular interest in brands that carry cultural weight - where the product and the story are genuinely inseparable. I currently lead Brand and Content at Sweet Karam Coffee, which is exactly that kind of brand. In 2025, I was selected as one of 50 fellows in the first cohort of the Dr. Manmohan Singh Fellows Programme, working on political communication and public narrative at scale.
