At Versata, I worked on multiple acquisitions (Aurea, Jive, QuantumRetail), setting up delivery organizations, integrating teams, and stabilizing product development during transitions. The work taught me how operating mechanisms - not just features - determine whether products succeed after launch. Later at Jive and Kickdrum, I led distributed engineering teams building enterprise collaboration and healthcare platforms, while also taking a SaaS productivity product from 0→1 to launch. Today at RouteMagic, I lead product strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution for a supply-chain SaaS platform used by wholesalers and distributors. My focus is on simplifying operational complexity - translating field workflows into repeatable product mechanisms, improving onboarding and adoption, and aligning product decisions with commercial outcomes. Across roles, a consistent theme has emerged: scaling products by reducing human dependency, embedding decisions into the product itself, and connecting product strategy with sustainable growth. I enjoy working where technology, customers, and operations meet - building products that don’t just add features, but fundamentally make work easier.
