With a Master’s in Computer Science and nearly two decades of experience across the US, UK, and India, my work sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business execution - turning complex operational problems into scalable software systems. I am currently pursuing my Executive MBA at The Wharton School, further strengthening my approach to product strategy, go-to-market, and organizational decision-making. I started my career at FordDirect (Ford Motor Company, US), building digital retail technology for Ford and Lincoln dealerships. That experience grounded me in how software shapes real-world workflows and customer experience at scale. In retail tech at QuantumRetail, I worked closely with major US retailers including Guess, Caleres, FootLocker, and Guitar Center, helping drive adoption of optimization and replenishment systems. This is where I first became deeply interested in product adoption - not just shipping software, but ensuring customers actually use and benefit from it. At Versata, I worked on multiple acquisitions (Aurea, Jive, QuantumRetail), setting up delivery organizations, integrating teams, and stabilizing product development during transitions. The work taught me how operating mechanisms - not just features - determine whether products succeed after launch. Later at Jive and Kickdrum, I led distributed engineering teams building enterprise collaboration and healthcare platforms, while also taking a SaaS productivity product from 0→1 to launch. Today at RouteMagic, I lead product strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution for a supply-chain SaaS platform used by wholesalers and distributors. My focus is on simplifying operational complexity - translating field workflows into repeatable product mechanisms, improving onboarding and adoption, and aligning product decisions with commercial outcomes.
