I started my entrepreneurial journey in 1996 after completing my engineering degree from MNIT Jaipur. The early years were full of experiments, failures, and valuable learnings. I built businesses in hospitality, travel, and real estate, and every venture taught me something about people, leadership, and what it truly takes to build a meaningful organization. In 2009, I co-founded In Time Tec with four wonderful partners. What started as a small vision in Jaipur has grown into a global technology services company with teams spread across multiple countries. Our intention has always been simple. We want to create abundance for everyone who interacts with us, whether they are clients, employees, or communities. For more than seventeen years, our focus has been on creating a company culture that feels human, supportive, and value driven. We believe in integrity, flexibility, quality, trust, continuous learning, and delivering on our commitments. These values have shaped how we build relationships and how we work with our global partners. Along with leading In Time Tec, I also mentor IT professionals, young leaders, engineers, and entrepreneurs. I enjoy helping people find clarity, become stronger leaders, and build long term careers. I have spoken at platforms such as Corporate Connection and TPF, where I share lessons from my journey and my thoughts on leadership and purpose. My belief is simple. Organizations grow when people grow. When you remove barriers, empower people, and trust them with responsibility, they rise and help the organization rise with them. Leadership for me is about building an environment where everyone wins.
