• As a Senior Software Developer, I am responsible for designing and building scalable systems, ensuring robustness and reliability amidst any potential failures. My role also involves active participation in product review sessions to understand requirements and assess the feasibility of implementing new features.
• Reporting:
• Designed and built a robust reporting framework that generates daily reports to all users of the application. This framework distinguishes between data preparation and report generation as two distinct processes.
• The data preparation phase is designed to handle millions of users asynchronously, ensuring efficient and scalable data compilation necessary for reports. Each report is assigned a specific processor, providing a plug-and-play solution for future scalability. This allows for the easy addition of new reports by simply incorporating an additional processor.
• The report generation phase transforms this prepared data into various formats, such as PDF and CSV, and manages the logic for uploading these reports to S3. This phase is capable of handling the upload of gigabytes of data to S3, ensuring reliable and timely report delivery.
• Behavioural:
• Enhanced the Behavioral Engine, an event-driven system designed to analyze user behavior and increase engagement through tailored rewards.
• Developed a cohort system to manage user rewards, enabling real-time assignment of rewards to any user. This flexible system allows for dynamic and personalized user engagement strategies.
• Onboarding:
• Developed a flexible backend architecture for onboarding clients onto HugoHub, enabling seamless integration of diverse compliance and account-related requirements. Leveraged the existing intent framework to ensuring scalability and adaptability for future clients.
• Revamped existing Authentication and Authorization processes to enhance system robustness and security, and implemented device binding feature to restrict application access to specific devices.

• Elevate:
• Built an inhouse gamified e-learning platform from scratch called 'Elevate' as an replacement for Mindtickle, a third party e-learning application.
• Worked from Writing REST API based Services to Building UI for the entire application that enables users to do courses over the platform (similar to existing e-learning platforms like Udemy, Coursera) and track the progress for the user. The courses supports various media types like Video, PDF and Images and also supports various quizzes like SCQ, MCQ , Match the correct pieces etc. It also supports admin panel to view all the statistics of the course by an user and also to assign courses to user!
• Enhanced existing Immigration application by building various features like addition of new workflows, option for logging tickets in groups, visa letter automation, Node 16 upgrade, revamping entire UI from AngularJS to React.js etc.

• Curious over on how cloud computing works, done a lot of research on cloud computing using a cloud simulation tool called 'Cloud analyst' and written a load balancing policy for CloudSim-Based Visual Modeller that reduces the latency and optimize response time (ORT) and reconfigure dynamically with load. This paper was published by IEEE in 2022 seventh international conference on parallel distributed and grid computing (pdgc).

• Car pooling system:
• Developed a website Integrated with Google API services for Maps and Location search, this website enables you to book a car in advance at pre defined destination and also see history of the travels that were made. Tech stack used is Django and React.js.
