Trent Debth — CEO
As Vice President of Project Development at TimberBLDR, I lead the delivery and expansion of sustainable, biophilic building systems, with mass timber as a central material strategy. TimberBLDR operates as the single source of truth for mass timber, aligning early design assist, structural and building envelope design, procurement, logistics, installation, QA/QC, and aftercare to solve problems before they reach the field and ensure execution matches intent. My work focuses on integrating mass timber within high-performance, low-carbon structural and envelope systems, including hybrid solutions with structural steel, cold-form steel, precast concrete, and panelized, prefabricated wood-framed wall systems. This systems-based approach supports biophilic design goals while delivering cost control, schedule certainty, and construction quality. It is particularly impactful for mission-critical and data center facilities, where repeatability, moisture management, and operational reliability are essential. I collaborate closely with owners, developers, architects, and general contractors to deliver complex projects across commercial, industrial, and technology sectors. Beyond individual projects, I focus on executive-led partnerships, supply chain alignment, and standardized delivery frameworks that enable sustainable systems to perform reliably at enterprise scale. I also lead TimberBLDR’s international expansion, extending our execution-first, operations-driven philosophy into global markets. Based in Dallas, Texas and Bucharest, Romania, I work across the U.S., Europe, and emerging regions, engaging the AEC community through conferences, speaking engagements, and collaboration to help advance biophilic, high-performance construction. Always open to conversations about sustainable and biophilic design, mass timber and hybrid systems, panelized prefabricated wood-framed walls, building envelopes, and data centers, and how disciplined execution unlocks speed, cost control, and sustainability at scale.
