• Locus.sh is a real-world dispatch management suite for last mile delivery. My role as a senior product designer included adding product features to dispatch management, rider & vehicle rostering and contract management products. I have initiated a redesign for rider & vehicle roster from ground-up which removed cardinality and enabled automation of dispatch. Also, designed an end-to-end Transporter Dashboard product enabling shippers to track and manage shipments without relying on mobile based driver applications.

• Huemen is an in-house design studio which is a part of Harman Connected Services. As an interaction designer working in automotive domain, I was associated with Detroit and Munich studios working on in-car experiences. Created the Personi-Fi audio customisation app for in- car infotainment systems, allowing users to personalise preferences based on various audio parameters. When I was tasked to create infotainment UI for a connected car solution, I went an extra mile and built a design system which reduced feature request turnaround time by more than 40%. The same was used for various table-top infotainment POCs. Proactively handled and mentored juniors on design documentation and design system. I was part of the innovation group of three, working on an Augmented Reality concept for car showrooms.

• Definitive Healthcare (now Coverself) is a healthcare insurance startup addressing claim management in medical insurance. Pillstore is a product suite aimed at making healthcare insurance comprehensive. As part of my graduation project I have designed and tested a POS, a.k.a Point Of Sale product for medical stores which prevents fraud in insurance claims, facilitating the inclusion of prescription drug costs in medical insurance coverage.

• TIBCO software develops enterprise software for application management, data virtualization and data analytics. To introduce the design tool Figma in the design teams, I was assigned with an initiative to create a project aimed at tracking and allocating team bandwidth. This allowed me to gain valuable hands-on experience in collaborating between design and development teams using Figma. Furthermore, I successfully implemented interactive SVG icons within the analytics dashboard Spotfire in my brief tenure here.

• Managed the design and product experience for Android and iOS devices. Led graphic
• design in creating design assets for backstage promotions at the IIFA Utsavam 2015 event. My accomplishments here include creating a mobile news application that became a goto for news updates. I introduced a concept of a 30 second reel in app that covered news and updates of the last three hours in the city. This has increased the content viewership by 250 percent.

• Starting with the recruitment and training of graphic designers, I’ve defined and setup a streamlined processes for designing youtube thumbnails within a 10-minute time-frame. Furthermore collaborated with engineering team to develop an internal dashboard which reduces time spent in communication through mails and calls between designers and other stakeholders. Set a quality check process to maintain high design standards throughout.
