Last May I was supposed to be studying for my exams. Instead I was up building AI automations. I had a coding background and just couldn't stop. It clicked in a way nothing else had. At the time I was two years deep in the ecom space. I started automating workflows for my own brand, then for friends and people around me. Pretty quickly I realised two things: there's real money in this, and I hate ecom. So I pivoted. I had 12 LinkedIn followers. I sent mutiple cold messages to them and somehow landed my first client.Twelve followers. 50 messages. That changed everything. From there it scaled fast. And now focussing on Private equity firms. Real estate companies. Accounting firms. I much prefer enterprise clients because the problems are more interesting and the work is more rewarding. The agency grew to just shy of 7-figure months. While all of that was happening, I was quietly building AI into our own backend. By September we went hard on systematising everything with AI. That's when I built a SaaS to help with n8n workflow building and scaled it to high 5-figure MRR. Now I'm taking both to the next level. An agency that runs on AI at every layer, backed by incredible devs. A SaaS growing in the AI orchestration space. And finding new ways to get AI implemented into businesses that haven't figured it out yet.
