• I am on a deep dive into AI with a particular focus on how it will impact coding and education. I publish my learnings in a weekly newsletter and facilitate an online learning community for anyone who wants to learn programming, grow their tech career or keep up with technical developments in AI.

• My wife and I run the wellington franchise of Fraemohs Homes and help people build eco-friendly, sustainable solid timber homes using Scandinavian designs. The timber is grown in NZ and processed in Christchurch and Nelson and we can dramatically reduce the waste compared to a regular house build.

• Enspiral started life as my personal consulting company and I successfully turned it into a collective vehicle to help more people work on stuff that matters. I lead the launch of our freelancing cooperative, a co-working space, several Enspiral ventures and was actively involved in designing and facilitating the network.
• From the beginning I helped establish a culture of distributed leadership and working without bosses. In 2013 I successfully dis-established myself as the founder of the network and have been participating as an active member since then.
