• Acted as primary project manager for Amagine, a subsidiary of the AMA, during initial implementation and first two years of existence. Duties included keeping the project plan, scheduling meetings and calls, and responsibility for meeting milestones and deadlines through multiple technology releases and marketing releases. During this time, I worked closely with the external partner firms to coordinate build out of technology components of the portal, including gathering and writing business and technical requirements. Also included coordinating work efforts across departments, including Customer Service, IT, and Marketing to build out functionality of the portal.

Interviewed and worked with process teams to extract and define BDD elements, highlighting cross-process team terms and any discrepancies.
