Ashwitha Reddy — Machine Learning Engineer

I am an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning student at St. Peter’s Engineering College (JNTU-H) with a strong interest in developing practical machine learning solutions and data-driven applications. My work focuses on designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that transform data into actionable insights and intelligent systems. I have hands-on experience across the end-to-end machine learning workflow, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment. During my AI/ML internship with the TechSaksham initiative (SAP, Microsoft, AICTE, and Edunet Foundation), I developed and deployed image classification models using Python and machine learning frameworks, gaining practical experience with real-world ML pipelines. My projects demonstrate the ability to translate machine learning concepts into functional applications. I developed a Spam Email Detection system using NLP and Scikit-learn that achieved 96.77% accuracy and 100% precision, and an Image Classification application built with TensorFlow and MobileNetV2 that enables users to upload and classify images through a deployed Streamlit interface. Technically, I work with Python, Java, and advanced SQL, along with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git/GitHub, MySQL, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab. My interests include Natural Language Processing, supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning techniques such as CNNs. I also maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through Gold (5-star) badges in both Java and SQL on HackerRank. I am interested in opportunities where I can apply machine learning and data analysis to build scalable AI-driven solutions and intelligent applications.
