As an engineering student, I was always fascinated by the creation of entire infrastructures with the help of tools and ever-evolving technologies within the engineering domain. It'd feel like visualizing invisible machinery running under the programs, webpages or hardware that people interact with today. This garnered immense interest in me and made me pursue the line of full stack software engineering with a keen interest in new and upcoming technologies such as Generative AI. I specialize in languages such as Java, Python and JavaScript as well as web development (HTML, CSS) with familiarity in C# and C++. I have also worked with popular frameworks for single page application development such as React and Angular. To work with RESTFUL services, I have used libraries and frameworks such as FASTAPI within Python and Java Spring boot. Interacting with databases plays a crucial note when working with infrastructures that deal with storing and managing huge amounts of data. Hence, I have proficiency in PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, MySQL and familiarity in MongoDB. In addition, I have also worked with AWS and utilized services such as EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, SQS, Lambdas, API Gateways and Bedrock. I have also worked on setting up containerized images of applications with the help of Docker and familiarized myself with the automated deployment pipelines by using Jenkins, ArgoCD and UrbanCodeDeploy. I have worked on Generative AI through tools provided by Bedrock on AWS which involves implementing with RAG, Prompt Engineering and using pre-trained models for specific business cases. And finally, to ensure proper access and security to APIs or web applications, I have also worked with implementing OKTA for various types of applications.
