• Manage employee and corporate insurance administration, including renewals, policy updates, employee additions/deletions, and claim support
• Handle end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes in coordination with verification agencies
• Support internal and external audits by organizing and providing required documentation
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes, including system, insurance, and access updates
• Administer employee email ID creation/deactivation and access management approvals
