• I find it puzzling that so many young people struggle to find their individual way. Sometimes it is challenging to offer career advice to young professionals that are engaged outside of our own professional context. In my opinion, one should not have all the answers to every question in the world.
• Real mentoring is more about how to provoke other people to think outside of the box and help them believe in their capabilities to grow and develop their personality indefinitely. That is the reason why I am pleased to be an Udacity mentor and help every person around the globe to get aspired to great knowledge and make an impact.

• In my journey of professional development, I acquired valuable knowledge in various tools and programming languages, including WinMerge, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Python, C++, Java, and CentOS. I applied this knowledge to write batch scripts for internal use, as well as coverage unity tests on C++ for Tosca Smooth. Furthermore, I effectively utilized the SCM tool (RADE) - to manage version control and streamline the development process.

• I took a chance and applied for this scholarship opportunity. I was then offered the opportunity to take an assessment exam as part of the acceptance process. Luckily, I was among the 10,000 individuals around the globe who were chosen for the scholarship program. The scholarship is a self-paced e-learning path consisting of three courses and the two exams.
• As a result from this scholarship I got officially Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops certified.
