About

Over the years, I have worked in big and small startups and agencies to help build brand and product experiences. Most recently, as a UX creative director at Klaviyo, I build and led the design team through strategic vision and conceptual work that established the new customer-centric, results-driven SMB and Enterprise site experience. This rebranding and repositioning initiative included building our user journey, site architecture and the foundation of the brand and design system, ensuring that every design element from the tone and voice, fonts, color palette, product illustration style, and components to button design is distinctively memorable. Before joining Klaviyo, I was a Design Director at Flexport, leading an interdisciplinary team of designers, PMM and growth team through a rebranding and user journey and a new site experience. I led the effort to give Flexport a flexible brand and design system that spans all our products to marketing touch points from website, digital, social to print to OOH after raising $ 1B in funding. Prior to Flexport, I was a digital Creative Director at Dentsu, leading teams of art directors, designers, writers, and creative technologists in evolving and innovating interactive experiences for Fortune 500 companies. I genuinely enjoy the challenge of working in a fast and ambiguous environment to solve a complex or business problem; working through the process with my team and stakeholders is gratifying for me.
