I contributed to the development of the SCOPE platform, supporting food delivery to 50m-70m people yearly, in low-income countries, natural disaster areas, and war zones. It supports half of WFP operations.
I led a sub-project focused on automating the deployment of SCOPE services on a dedicated QA environment, based on a custom Docker orchestration (shortly before Kubernetes inception). Currently, the deployment team runs on-demand deployments to help country managers test SCOPE on ephemeral infrastructure, at scale, with fake data, before country offices join the program.
