I with the team led research across 30+ players (Raaho, Blackbuck, WheelsEye), mapping market phases, identifying whitespace in full-truck-load aggregation, and uncovering user pain points through field interviews. These insights informed Trolla’s brand narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy—defining value propositions for shippers, brokers, and fleet owners, while contributing to tech differentiation and key metrics like CAC, SME penetration, and network liquidity.
On the ground, I explored user acquisition across logistics corridors—onboarding early adopters via activations, truck branding pilots, and vernacular content.
