Building AI Interview Analyzer, an enterprise-grade SaaS platform that transforms how recruiters evaluate candidates. The product records, transcribes, and analyzes job interviews using AI, delivering structured, evidence-based hiring insights.
The platform extracts Q&A pairs from interviews, scores candidates against job requirements with evidence quotes and justifications, enables side-by-side candidate comparison with ranked scoring, and generates PDF reports for stakeholders. Two feedback modes: AI-generated anonymous candidate feedback (competency-focused, bias-free) and recruiter-authored feedback with rich text editor. AI-suggested interview questions based on job description, requirements, and candidate CV.
Three interview modes: Live (real-time transcription and AI hints during interview), Upload (record externally, upload audio for processing), Transcript (import existing transcription e.g. from MS Teams for direct AI analysis).
Tech: Desktop app (Python, PyQt6), Backend API (FastAPI, PostgreSQL), Web portal (Next.js, TypeScript), AI engine (Azure OpenAI GPT, Azure Speech Services), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure).
Credit-based SaaS pricing model (Free, Basic, Standard, Enterprise).
