My goal is to create simple, elegant solutions to complicated problems. I am passionate about reducing toil - monotonous, unfulfilling, and typically manual work that provides little long term value - in large enterprises. In addition to my work life, I think open source is a great place to experiment and learn. Most recently, I've been working with the CNCF and OpenSSF. Before that, I was a frequent contributor to the Apache Software Foundation. Throughout my career, I've always been prone to action with an interest in bringing people together to collaborate and learn from each other. That's why I founded Steel City InfoSec, PittSec, and the parent company of BSidesPGH.
