• Redesigned the repeat delivery experience to fix leaky UX: high churn from repeat delivery customers because managing scheduled deliveries was confusing and error-prone.
• Mapped service blueprint across UI, comms, and warehouse ops. Replaced the platform's delivery group model with date-based grouping that matched how customers actually think about their orders.
• Result: Reduced support tickets from accidental duplicates and editing confusion. Improved retention and LTV for auto-delivery customers.
