About

AI doesn't replace what you know. It multiplies it. I've spent 20 years designing systems that make people better at their jobs — from building interactive worlds at Warner Bros. to designing mission-critical tools for the U.S. Air Force (Kessel Run) to leading analytics design at National Grid. Across all of it, one thread: I figure out how humans and technology work together, and I design the systems that make that real. AI is the most powerful version of that problem I've ever worked on. I use it every day — to build products (Choose Band, a stress-response wearable I took from concept to market), to run creative systems (a multi-agent AI writing architecture for a fantasy trilogy), and to design frameworks for how AI-powered interfaces actually work for people (Aioli, an open-source AI design system). I also help others build real capability with AI — individuals navigating what AI means for their careers, and organizations designing AI strategies that go beyond tool adoption.
