• More Time Everyday 🌱 -- renamed from Mind Like Water -- is my second baby.
• What is it? It's a 4-week-long, online, live cohort-based course aimed at helping you build a second brain, become a rockstar at using Notion, and building a robust planning workspace.
• How was it created? I wrote the very first blueprint for the course on December 25th, 2020. A huge thanks goes to Maven (www.maven.com) whose accelerator program helped me go 0 to 1. I worked on the course with 3 other wonderful people.
• What's the impact? I taught 50+ students live, and over 500 have enrolled in the self-paced version of the course.

• Admitted is my first baby.
• What is it? Admitted is the all-in-one *proven* guide for anyone who aspires to study abroad for their undergraduate and graduate studies.
• How was it created? I worked on it intensely for close to a year, with a wonderful team of 7 people, on every part of the process: ideating, writing, editing, designing, printing, promoting, and selling. So much happened while creating the book that I wrote a second book talking about the story behind admitted. =D
• What's the impact? Admitted has been read by thousands of students, has 500+ reviews across Amazon / Google Playbooks / Goodreads with a 4.8-star average rating, and a REALLY passionate reader-base. You can see it in the reviews of the book :)

• I worked at Salesforce for a little over 2.5 years in the cybersecurity team as first an Associate Product Manager, and then a Product Manager. I learned a lot about the following on the job:
• fundamentals of product management
• what it takes to build a relationship?
• writing strategic documents
• collaborating across 10+ teams
• and, a fair amount of cybersecurity domain knowledge =)

• I briefly took the avatar of a data scientist when I was part of an awesome team of 5 students from Columbia Engineering and Business School.
• What did we do? We built a machine learning model (using poisson GLM and gradient boosted trees) to predict sales for a food delivery startup. ‌
• What was the impact? We built a model that could save $30,000 for the startup and reduce food wastage by 30%. Our professor also wanted to convert our work into a case study for future classes. =)

• This internship was how I eventually ended up in the cybersecurity team at Salesforce. Through a serendipitous series of events, I ended up as part of this team where I spent the summer working on some interesting projects: working alongside an engineering intern to build a feature that saves engineer's time and writing a product spec.
• I also had a *blast* with the other interns that summer in Bellevue.

• What is it? A digital home housing hundreds of my articles. The topics span everything from psychology to productivity to neuroscience and life lessons.
• What's the impact? I published my first public blog post in 2014. Since then, I've written 200+ articles and 25 short guides. It's been read by over 250,000+ wonderful people.

• Through a very interesting, hands-on course at Columbia called "Operations Consulting", I worked with a team of 7 to take on the role of a student consultant. Concord Advice was one of my two clients.
• We analyzed a dataset of 50,000+ customers using R language to derive metrics of "trustworthiness" and developed a strategy to launch a subscription service to help customers affected by overdraft fees.
• Yep, that was a mouthful!

• Through a very interesting, hands-on course at Columbia called "Operations Consulting", I worked with a team of 7 to take on the role of a student consultant. Rent The Runway was one of my two clients.
• We visited their New Jersey warehouse to assess their current labor scheduling model using Python and built a new model on top of "ProModel" to reduce their labor cost.
• P.S. If you're wondering, no, I was not the coder.

Dec 2016 – Feb 2017 · 2 mos · Ahmedabad Area, India

• It was my honor to get to work under Dr. Saral Mukherjee: a deep thinker, prolific writer, and passionate professor. I did NOT think he would take me in... but he did!
• I had a great time conducting research into two-sided marketplaces and interviewing a fashion-tech entrepreneur to understand the issues small-scale seller face with big giants such as Amazon. Fortunately, my case study eventually got published at IIM-A and is currently being taught as part of Dr. Saral's course (attached).
• Pretty cool =)

• I went for a 10-week long internship through the S.N.Bose Scholarship Program. I worked under Prof. Christos Maravelias on Optimization of Supply Chains for Production of Biofuel Using MILP. The following objectives were accomplished:
• ‌• Conducted secondary data collection to replicate the pulpwood sources in Upper Peninsula of Michigan using MS Excel (over 13,000 data points).
• ‌• Replicated a single-period, single-feedstock model in General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) software with 10% accuracy based on a paper written in 2006.
• ‌• Wrote a paper on the new finding and published it in the International Conference on Chemical and Biochemical Engineering (ICCBE) conducted by Academic Conference Network (ACN).

• This was the best thing that happened to me in my undergrad... and also the most frustrating thing.
• Through a series of events, I happened to become the founder and head of AIESEC's chapter in my university.
• What is AIESEC? The world's largest non-profit youth-run organization aimed at sending students on volunteering projects abroad to work on the United Nations' 17 SDGs.
• What did I learn? All sorts of things. I learned to stand in front of a crowd and talk, organize events with minimal resources, how to lead a team, and surf through failures without giving up.
• What did we accomplish? My team and I sent 15 students to 7 countries on volunteering projects in those 20 months. We organized a dance and music event where 1,200+ students participated (the largest turnout for a single event organized by a club), partnered with local NGOs to send volunteers, and did a bunch of smaller things that I've since forgotten.
• Since I've graduated, my successors have sent 100+ students to 25+ countries.

• Indian Institute of Science (IISc) is a public university for scientific research established in 1909 with support from Sir Jamsetji Tata, one of the founders of Tata group. I worked on a 8-week summer project through Indian Academy of Sciences Scholarship under Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta on Detection of Dynamic Structures Through Agitated Liquid-Liquid Dispersions. The following objectives were accomplished:
• ‌• In-depth understanding and analysis of Phase Inversion phenomena in oil industries.
• ‌• Conducted high-speed conductivity experiments using LabVIEW software to capture the phase inversion phenomena.
• ‌• Replication of previous data by setting up experiments to observe the phase inversion phenomena between Toluene, Benzene, and Water.
• The new data collected was then handed over to another student to study further.
