• I am the "Product Lead" for the Agents on FHIR group and the FHIR Analytics Collaborative.
• "Agents on FHIR" is our high-signal, open, collaborative weekly meetup focused on:
• 1. Sharing and learning from builders creating real work with agentic AI
• 2. Discussions of Agentic AI topics with relevance to real-world builders

• The FHIR Analytics Collaborative's major project is the SQL on FHIR v2 standard (expected to become an official HL7 standard in Sept '26)
• SQL on FHIR v2 is a new, open standard for the transformation of FHIR data into SQL-compatible tables.
• By unlocking the tabular data analytics to be applied to FHIR data, SQL on FHIR fills a long-standing gap in the health data ecosystem enabling both new and existing use cases.
• I actively facilitate the technical decisions of the group and the lead efforts around collaboration and community engagement, short and long-term planning, marketing/events, sponsorships/grants and project governance.
• In the past year my efforts have resulted in:
• The release of the Milestone #2 of the SQL on FHIR specification
• The development of 13+ implementations including opensource and commercial options
• Multiple presentations at major events e.g. FHIR DevDays
• 2 annual x 1 day free, virtual global FHIR Analytics conference with 500+ attendees
• The incorporation of SQL on FHIR into standard FHIR IG tooling
• The rapid development of innovative systems and expanded use cases
