Every AI tool today waits for you to ask. That's backwards. AI solved execution. It writes code, generates designs, drafts emails. But what to build? What decision to make? That's research, and nobody is solving it. I've felt this at every stage, as a PM building for 10M+ users, at hyper-growth dev tools, founding a startup. The hard part was never building. It was knowing what matters. So I built PARA. A research agent that lives in WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage, and ChatGPT. It knows what you're building, watches your world, and tells you when something changes that affects your decisions. No app, no dashboard. You text it like a colleague. The part I didn't design for: people added PARA to group chats and started researching together.
